When I started using the service I was a bit concerned as my boy was just 3 years old. My concerns were quickly dispelled as I saw how he was treated with kindness by the driver and assistant and the timeous communication from Ina and team made me feel more at ease.
It’s very sad to be saying goodbye to Ina as my boy goes to big school. I did not hesitate to continue with Rubix even with the change of school as Rubix has come to be a reliable brand. Indeed, what Rubix advertise is what they deliver; safe, reliable and kind service. My son was fetched inside the school premises and handed over to his nanny which was very important to me as we are living in an unsafe society. I would observe how the assistant would assist him get strapped in his seat belt and how both the driver and assistant would chat with him, making him feel comfortable.
Ina even helped me get in touch with the new team which will be assisting me with getting my son to and fro his new school in 2018.”

There are a number of transport services who drop off and pick up the kids at our school
– and seriously the Rubix drivers stand out by far!
I sit in the carpark waiting for my kids and observe your drivers on daily basis. They park their vehicles and walk into the school to fetch their kids (from different places I must assume as the kids all have different classes and extra murals), they know the kids by name and I have observed them chatting to the little ones about their day and how they are doing, they help the kids carry their bags and hold their hands while crossing the busy car
park etc. I have seen some of the drivers discipline the unruly kids in a firm but kind way – and lets tell you, that is NOT the norm with some of the other transport services.
If I ever had to make use of a school transport service, Rubix would be the company I would use
